Body care, without the complicated routine
Why rough-feeling skin can outlast the lotion you put on it.

Maybe it is the backs of your arms. Maybe it is your legs, or the part of your back you can never quite reach. You moisturize and wash, yet the surface can still feel uneven.
The answer is not automatically to scrub harder. A better approach is to understand what each step does, then use light, controlled pressure with a tool that fits the area.
1
Moisture and exfoliation do different jobs.
Moisturizer helps reduce dryness and supports the skin barrier. Physical exfoliation removes loose surface buildup. They can complement each other, but one does not necessarily replace the other.
The useful shiftThink gentle exfoliation first, then moisturizer afterward—rather than trying to solve every rough-feeling area with more lotion alone.
2
The hardest area to care for is often the one you cannot reach.
A small cloth or round shower tool puts most of the work in one hand. Across the back, that can mean twisting, missing the centre and applying inconsistent pressure.
An extra-long towel changes the geometry. Both hands guide the fabric, making it easier to move across a larger area with more control.
3
More pressure is not better exfoliation.
Harsh scrubbing can leave skin sore or irritated. The goal is controlled friction on wet skin—not force. Start lightly, pay attention to how your skin responds and stop when irritation appears.
4
Your shower tool should be easy to rinse and dry.
A long, flat towel can be rinsed from end to end and hung fully open. That makes the after-shower routine straightforward: rinse thoroughly, hang with airflow and allow it to dry before the next use.
5
The routine that works is the one you will repeat.
You do not need another crowded shelf. You need a simple sequence that fits into a shower you already take: wet, lather, gently polish, rinse and moisturize.
The Kuyona method
Warm water. Light pressure. Rinse well. Moisturize afterward. Kuyona is a cosmetic body-care tool, not a treatment for a skin condition.
A better shape for a hard-to-reach job
A towel built around the part most shower tools miss.

Care note: Avoid exfoliating broken, inflamed, sunburned or irritated skin. Use light pressure and discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Persistent skin concerns should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
