The Kuyona Towel is a textured exfoliating textile, and it rewards a little patience. Use it deliberately, let your skin set the pace, and it will earn a permanent spot in your routine.
Before the first use
Rinse the towel thoroughly with warm water. Then test it on a small area of skin with light pressure before using it across the whole body.
During your shower
- Wet the towel completely.
- Add a small amount of your usual body wash.
- Hold one end in each hand for the back, or fold it for smaller areas.
- Use smooth, controlled passes; skip the aggressive sawing and heavy pressure.
How often to exfoliate
Start with once or twice a week and adjust to how your skin responds. Do not add pressure or frequency just to chase a stronger sensation; a steady routine does more than an intense one.
Where not to use it
For body use only. Avoid the face, and avoid broken, inflamed, sunburned or already irritated skin. Stop if use causes pain, persistent redness or discomfort.
Rinsing and drying
Rinse from end to end after every use until the water runs clear. Squeeze out the excess gently rather than wringing it hard, then hang the towel fully open somewhere with airflow.
Sharing and rotation
Keep each towel personal rather than shared. A Duo makes the rotation easy; one hangs and dries while the other is in use.
